Classroom
Must have complete preassessment exam, current BLS for Healthcare Provider card. Contact the Training Center Coordinator or Training Site Coordinator for the availability of checkout prepacket and book. All students must be able to identify basic ECG rhythms, ACLS medications and dosages, ACLS algorithims prior to attending this course.
Initial and Renewal students will need to pass a skills checklist as they rotate through the following skills stations: Respiratory Skills Station, IV & IO Access Skills Station, CPR-AED Skills Station, ACLS Pharmacology and ECG Skills Station All students will be allowed to practice megacodes prior to skills testing and written exam.
